Into my last two days in the gallery, and so mentally I'm preparing to leave this lovely space. It has been a beautiful two weeks of sharing the exhibition with everyone who has come to visit - a great experience witnessing how people have connected with and responded to my work.
It has been a creative and social time - more so than my usual work-from-home situation, with lots of friends, colleagues and clients popping in for meetings, coffees and catch ups. I think I might be lonely next week!
I can feel I need a little time to recharge from the constant daily effort of organising and manning the exhibition, but at the same time, I'm not sure what I'll do with myself when I don't have to be here to open up on Tuesday morning. It's going to be a bit strange.
That said, my head is now full of plans for the next stages. Creatively, I need time to percolate what comes next and I'm ready to begin stage two of development for this website, so stay tuned for tweaks, additions and changes here over the coming weeks and months.
